Dave was very patient when we were deciding what we wanted and didn’t pressure us at all. In addition, once we placed our order, he kept us informed when our shades shipped and arranged prompt installation. He also referred us to a designer to help with something he didn’t carry and that was very helpful. Our shades look SO good and we’re very happy!
